Directions: While bathing or showering, smooth a generous layer of cream onto your breasts and upper chest area all the way back to your armpits. With your right arm raised above your head, place your left hand flat on your right breast; apply medium pressure with a slight circular movement. Continue the circular motion as you move your fingers up and down your right breast area, noting any changes in the shape or feel of your breast. Repeat, checking your left breast with your right hand.
