Moisture binding Glycerin and Hyaluronic Acid help replenish the skin, while Algae Extract works to normalize moisture content on the surface and provide suppleness. Directions: After cleansing, apply tonic with a soft cotton pad to face and neck. Follow with treatment and moisturizer for optimal results.
